Home Of Rescued Animals(Домівка Врятованих Тварин) is located in the northeast of Lviv, close to the center of Lviv. It is located on a hill with fresh air.
Since the beginning of the full-scale war in Ukraine they have also been taking care of dogs, cats, rabbits, and other pets that have lost their homes as a result of the ongoing tragedy. Many of the animals they take come from the hot spots of the war – like Kherson, Kharkiv, Irpin, Bucha, etc.[1]
During this hard time, people in Ukraine suffer tremendous mental pressure. So, by helping to care for these animals not only are you taking care of them, but they are taking care of your mental health as well. Animals can comfort people's hearts.
It is recommended to walk the dogs at the Home Of Rescued Animals(Домівка Врятованих Тварин) on weekdays as it is usually crowded on weekends and the dogs are tired on weekends.
